Rainy season with many experiences of water drops and drips makes us getting interested in the situation of the rainforests. We hear that it's almost a daily situation for the rain to be part of the rainforests. The rainforest seems to be a lovely place for certain animals such as spider monkeys, sloths, toucans, many more and trees to live happily with the source of water all the time. How they become sustainable in supporting themselves and loving their own home.

When we reach a certain page. a situation makes us in a wondering moment. The illustration shows us the tress are all gone and only left with stumps all over them. It is quite shocking to find out how the home of so many
This book Sloth Slept On has been chosen by a friend during one of our morning discussions. A serendipitous situation arises since we understand a sloth (which has been frequently seen on our books and yet is rare to encounter here), sparks a connection between a sloth as one of the animals living in the rainforest.

Collecting water from the rain drops is another process of rainwater harvesting we are interested to experience. Nora and Fides put their collective efforts to label the translucent cups to collect the drips and drops and leave them overnight. Another things we figure out is how therapeutic to hear the sounds of water drops.

After reading the above two storybooks Dr Seuss: If I Ran The Rainforest by Bonnie Worth and Dear Zoo by Rod Campbell we pose a question to ourselves, If I were the sloth, do I prefer to be in the zoo or rainforest?
Sometimes during our learning process, we come up with curiosity to try out different things in different ways. For example. Fides is being curious in placing a cube of ice in the water itself, instead of having to waiting for what is happening here.
Curiosity is indeed a driving force to finding out.

However, working with a specific experiment, it requires us to follow accordingly. In this way, we converse again on what we are trying to find out here. This situation trains our minds us to stay on task.
